In the “Stronger From Your Stress” program, I’ll help you regain balance and gain control over stress. Together, we’ll explore how stress operates in your body and the impact your thoughts, habits, and health have on it. Drawing from personal experience, I also focus on preventing relapse.
I’ve learned first hand that simply treating symptoms isn’t enough; lasting change begins with understanding the root cause of your stress.
Whether it’s related to your work, relationships, parenthood, or something from your past that you’re struggling with, I call this the “pink elephant” – something you’d rather not confront, but it only grows larger when ignored.
As a coach, facilitator, and someone who has been through it, I’ll guide you in facing your pink elephant and decreasing its size. This way, you can emerge stronger from your stress. We’ll do this outdoors, in nature, where we can delve into the core of your issues through walking and interactive exercises.
